Winter and Christmas craftings are my favourite :)
Since the time is slowing down, there is less things to do around the house, we spend more time inside.
It is the best time to learn new crafting technique, read that book you wanted to read for so long, or create handmade Christmas decoration.
The project I will show you today was on my table since last year... I knew what I wanted to try, I knew how to do it, but the timing wasn't right.
This year it was different, I had a bit of time and finally manage to create a DIY video tutorial.
Pine cones used in this project were collected during my walks in a woods.
One can find many things in our forests, even collect trash for those who for whatever reason leave it there... But I mean Nature materials that can be used for craftings.
Project is not very complicated but i wouldn't say is the easiest since the patience is needed, time and you have to be careful while using hot glue gun.
Tutorial is made as a video, quality is unfortunately a bit lower, but you can see how to make very cute Pine cone Stars.
What we need:
- 12-30 pine cones (for one star we need approx. 2-3 pine cones)
- White hard paper/cartoon
- Hot glue gun (or super fast drying glue)
- Pattern of a star
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Ribbon
- Pliers
