Refund policy
In case you not be fully satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can exchange them or send them back and have their purchase price refunded in full. Needless to say, you’ll need to return them in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase. This, so that we can process returns as quickly as possible and that no misunderstandings arise.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ardesingatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- A product with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Returns from abroad
Returns from abroad must be clearly declared in the customs declaration as a return. If the declaration is not made correctly, additional import fees are incurred for the return to Switzerland, which are deducted from the credit note by the customer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and will find out about your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/ Returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Remember you have up to 7 days to return or exchange your product (excl. Textile Face Masks, Reusable Make-up Crochet Pads and Custom made products). You’ll need to return them to us in their original condition and packaging too.
- Please write and email including your order number and the reason you would like to return/exchange your product.
- You will receive an email with your "return number."
- Include your return number in the return note you received together with your product. If you don't have it you can include your order confirmation with your return number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Remember that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the following 30 of days after our approval notification.
Warranty
We offer you a warranty according to the Swiss Code of Obligations in Article 210. You can claim your warranty up to 1 year from the time of delivery. We shall repair for a certain price, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over CHF 75.-, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
